We want her to embrace the uniqueness of her body, her personality and the individuality of her being. We want her to know that the allure and appeal of who she is and how she feels about herself is embedded within her body image. We want her to know that when she is happy with her body she feels good about herself. We want her to know that this thing called body image is an essential aspect of her life, and that it should never be ignored or made insignificant. We want her to know that her body image is essentially her power within. We want her to fully know herself.

What Are You Saying To The Mirror About Your Body?

Stop standing in front of the looking-glass complaining about everything that is wrong with your body. Build your self-esteem and your self-worth by speaking affectionately toward yourself and about yourself. Compliment yourself on what you believe to be lovely about you and your body.

Remember This!

How you determine beauty and the feelings derived from your perceptions about beauty are subjective. Consequently, body image is a biased view that you make about your own body, combined with what you think other people think about your looks and the reaction you get from others. Now, I know all of that sounds crazy, but it's true.

Abby has everything going for herself; her friends think she is one of the smartest, funniest and most beautiful girls in the world; but, that's not worth a penny with a hole in it because it's not in alignment with how Abby thinks she looks, and how she feels about what she thinks. It has less to do with her real physical attractiveness and how others see her and almost everything to do with her self-esteem; or lack of self-esteem in this case.

Stop Striving For An Illusion!

Start perfecting your own authentic image and watch how good you'll start thinking and feeling about yourself. You'll start making peace with your body, embracing your authenticity and your individuality, and you'll start tapping into your pure potentiality for future fulfillment and prosperity.
